Last week, we had the pleasure of bringing our delectable hog roast to Milly’s 21st birthday party. She asked specifically for our signature hog roast (and it was the perfect choice in our opinion). Franchise owner Alistair worked with Milly and her family for months to create a custom menu. And she decided on the full pig, which was rotated on the spit in front of guests. Milly invited 40 guests to her special day, and the feedback from guests was fantastic.
Hog Roast Bristol arrived at the venue several hours before the event was du
e to start to get our equipment set up. We brought along our gazebo in the garden to cover us in case it rained. However, we were delighted that the sun shone for the whole day for Milly! A marquee set up with tables and chairs. Once the food was ready to be served, guests queued to fill their plates with pork and sides (which included coleslaw and mixed salad). As for vegetarians? Milly asked us to serve BBQ pulled jackfruit, which also went down a treat. Making sure we also had all diets catered for, we also offered gluten-free bread rolls.
